We are offering ten bursaries to support postgraduates presenting at our Annual Conference on 10-12 June 2019.
To be eligible for a bursary, you must:
- Have submitted a proposal to present a paper or poster
- Have had that proposal accepted
- Be registered for a postgraduate degree at any university or be a recently-completed (within three years) post-doc without institutional support
Each bursary will provide a contribution of up to £200 towards the costs of registration, travel and accommodation. Recipients will be expected to acknowledge the support of the bursary in any future publication based on the conference paper or poster.
To be considered for one of these bursaries please complete the application form before the deadline of noon on Friday 22 March 2019.
The ‘rationale of application’ should outline the basis for the application in no more than 500 words. For instance, if you intend to submit your paper for the postgraduate prize, if you have organised a panel, or if there is a specific networking opportunity presented by this conference, then you should include this in your statement.
The applications will be judged by Christine Grandy and Pamela Cox and all applicants will be notified of the decision by Friday 5 April 2019.
Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org if you have any questions.
