The Social History Society currently administers three funding schemes.

• Our Small Grants provide up to £1000 to support direct research costs incurred by members of the Society.
• Our Events and Activities Grants provide up to £1000 to support events organised by members of the Society.
• We set up and administer the Joint BME Small Grants scheme, which provides up to £1000 to support activities and events run by BME historians or on subjects relating to Black and Minority Ethnic histories.

We also work with sponsors to provide Postgraduate Bursaries and Prizes at our annual conference.
